This was a total facelift and redevelopment of a tired old building with Summerhill brick veneer and awkward roof parapets.

The existing footprint was not altered, but all cladding and awkward roof shapes were replaced with cleaner forms and a large veranda entry. Significant structural upgrading was done, the showroom was made larger and all offices and staff amenities were remodeled.

Brendon designed simple low maintenance landscaping to soften the street interface.
