Option 1 for a new Hilltop home in Marlborough. This site has sweeping views from the township across farmland and orchards to the ocean, with a splendid mountain range backdrop.
The concept is an angular winged form, consisting of a central living pavilion flanked by bedroom wings each side, that are raised and pulled back, creating a sheltered courtyard dug into the hillside behind.
