This is a pic from a client’s phone – just after moving furniture into their Tasman View House. The uplights seem to be highlighting the Fijian Kauri ceilings just as we hoped.

This has been a smoothly run and fun project. As architects, we see projects reach the finishing stage all the time, but I often wonder just how clients feel at this time – finally moving in to the house they’ve watched being built for the last year, and often designed for the year before that!

I look forward to stopping in for a drink sometime soon…..
